BRIEF INFORMATION

Pomodori Italian Eatery is inspired by the quaint trattorias of Southem Italy. The restaurant features fresh pastas, local seafood, and hand-made desserts to delight all your senses.
Drawing on the owner’s culinary experience in Calabria, Italy, the regional Italian cuisine is light and flavorful, using classic techniques with local produce and provisions.

OWNERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

Amanda Russ Cifaldi is the Chef and Owner of Pomodori Italian Eatery. She started Pomodori Italian Eatery after living and studying culinary arts in Calabria Italy, and the
Italian Culinary Institute. She brought her love of simple and delicious cuisine back to Hilton Head Island where it has become a local treasure. Her hand-made gnocchi and ravioli are not to be missed, particularly when they are enjoyed with the house-made sausage that has been passed down four generations from her Sicilian family. Cifaldi holds a Master of Culinary Arts degree from the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy.

Pepe Farcite
